(NYSE: BRDG) (“Bridge”), Solaris Energy and WATTMORE, are excited to announce the successful closing and 1 , about the launch of 8 MW capacity. on a number of solar and storage project facilities on the Rincon Reservation in San Diego County, CA. This deal marks the culmination of nearly three years of planning, design, grant writing and financial modeling.

Solaris Energy and WATTMORE jointly developed this project using complementary skills, incentives from the new federal Inflation Recovery Act signed in 2022 with state and federal grants, maximizing economics and impact for both the Tribe and investment partner Bridge : Renewable energy.
